'Spirit of the Sea' is a collection of earrings that I make from sea bird feathers that I wild forage. Finding perfect, undamaged feathers is a real challenge along the wild, Welsh shores. As such, each one is unique and un-replicable. I gather these beautiful feathers, wash them and create items of beauty with much honour, reverence and gratidude, for the bird that they have come from and the journey that they have been on.
 
I have combined this feather with Mother of Pearl gemstones, which compliments the colours beautifully and creates a lovely, strong sea theme.
Wear these knowing that your spirit is wild and free.
Properties of Mother of pearl:
A protection stone, bringing the gentle healing power of the sea. It is a stress relieving stone. It stimulates our intuition, imagination, sensitivity and adaptability. It helps to connect to our power centre in the solar plexus.
