Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and must be send recorded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All silver used is .925 Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver is prone to tarnishing due to the natural oxidisation process. To help deter this process, please follow these guidelines:

Store airtight (not PVC, treated wood, cotton or card)

Store out of sun light

Avoid contact with cosmetics, chlorine & humidity

Wipe regularly with a cloth (ideally a silver care cloth - provided)

Most designs are delicate and incorporate natural materials; many of which are inherently fragile. As such, please avoid bathing and sleeping in your jewellery (particularly the feather earrings).
